Teracir enters wherever costs least: the whole system on a phone and a notebook for one team, or beside the tools already in use, nothing ripped out. Operating memory is always a separate, explicit opt-in. It is never installed silently behind a website.
Each entry point is a product and a learning environment: a bounded domain where the loop is built to run under real conditions, not a simulation.
